UEFA Champions League 2008

Basically a friend and I, after waking up 3.45am for this match, ended up constantly changing (Internet) channels to find better quality coverage.
In the end, she got her sister to turn on the webcam and we watched it on their home TV. Brings a new meaning to “live from England” ![]()
Much much clearer than anything that was streamed. We could actually see the ball! Also, Chelsea have their names in small letters on their jerseys.
The match was totally worth it going to my 10.30am class half-dead.

Here in the states, I was able to finish school (I’m a teacher) and be home in time for kickoff. Lucky me. I too have to stream a fair amount of coverage as most idiots in the US would rather watch dunk after dunk in basketball than a true event like an FA Cup final or Premier League or Serie A match.
ESPN even had it in high-def! For the first time since World Cup 2006 we Yanks were able to watch world class football and be able to tell who the players are.
