Watch What You Eat…
September 26, 2006
I just came back from ambulance attachment and last night, I was part of the crew who failed to revive an obese guy who was seventeen and weighing a whopping hundred and fifty kilos. Oh, you should have seen how all nine people (six men and three ladies, me included) struggled to carry him to the ambulance.
Only seventeen and he already had a history of diabetes, hypertension and other medical problems. I was struggling to do CPR on the boy because there was not much impact on my compressions.
Just watch what you eat so that you will not become obese and die early like the young boy. Eat moderately, please! Just read here.
If I was not a medic, I am happy to be involved in this as a rifleman.
Happy Emo Kid
September 14, 2006
Where are all the Happy Emos?
Emo comes from the world Emotion. So Why does Emo have to mean being a person who is depressed and all that “Emo” stuff.
So I call that we should have Sad Emos (the depress sad people) and the Happy Emos (happy happy people).
Happy Emos will wear bright Happy colours and have big Happy smiles. They will do Happy things! Because they are Extremely and Always Happy!
We must have balance in this world.
I personally believe that Happy Emos would be scarier…
Homegrown Terrorism
September 12, 2006
I only remembered something today seeing how it’s 9/11.
Last week in class we were talking about how the US does not have homegrown terrorists like say the UK. Or racial unrest like France or Australia.
This is most likely because the foreigners/Muslims/whoever who live in the US are usually more educated, and allow themselves to be assimilated, or at least embrace the new culture.
This is unlike UK, France, Australia where the foreigner might be a refugee, or from a former colony etc., is not as highly educated and has trouble fitting into the new culture.
And that’s all I remember I think…

Retirement
September 9, 2006
When? Where? How?
I will like to retire by 55, staying in a nice place with a garden for my dogs to run around in and I would be enjoying nice delicacies with my wife, ShibaInu.
Hey! Its very possible.
The Transfer Mystery
September 3, 2006
Here I am, just finished my fire piquet duty back in my camp and I could not stop thinking about the most heart-breaking transfers of all…
For once, I could not believe my eyes when I read that Tevez and Mascherano move to West Ham! In Championship Manager 2006, they are the names I immediately purchase. Oh, virtually, I will be a German manager running business for Man U.
With MSI messing things up in Corinthians, I expect the pair to move to one of the elite clubs in Europe. Instead, they went to West Ham!! I strongly suspect that this has got to do with… ehem.. ehem… another English club. It is just a matter of time that the expected move wil materialize.
I am going to see how Football Manager will rush to change according to the latest moves. Waiting for its release which I hear is in Oct-Dec, I am not sure. For all I know, I am now suffering in Paramedic Level 2 training.
